Hello and welcome to my therapy practice Bridge To Bliss Therapy! I am a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating the complexities of life. My initial motivation for pursuing Marriage & Family Therapy was my desire to support and uplift individuals and families, particularly in areas where seeking mental health services has been stigmatized. I have experience working with sexual, physical, emotional, racial, and intergenerational trauma as a trauma informed therapist. I've also had training in Gottman therapy, so I can address your concerns in couples therapy. I am bilingual providing therapy in English as well as in Spanish.
My practice, which is based on a systems framework, places a strong emphasis on providing a secure and accepting environment where clients can discuss issues, develop relationships, and explore obstacles. I am a strong proponent of collaborative therapy, where clients and I work together to develop objectives and tactics that will lead to positive change.
