Services

  • When you are dedicated to the process, therapy can be healing. It's the act of giving your experiences—both positive and negative—meaning. It also involves committing to changing for the better in order to become the best version of yourself. I provide people with the opportunity to address various aspects of their life from the past to the present in order to make changes in the future. Everybody goes through challenging times in life, like seasons of life that call for greater assistance and intentionality to bring about the necessary changes. Individuals can work on the issues they identified in therapy while taking steps toward a holistic life and change.

  • Is this a difficult time right now for your family? A challenging situation can impact the entire family, regardless of whether the cause is a lack of understanding amongst those concerned, sibling conflict, or developmental disputes with a child. When issues emerge, family counseling, also known as family therapy, can be beneficial in reestablishing and enhancing communication.

  • Everyday life circumstances can significantly strain a relationship. Tensions that are severe can include betrayal, mistrust, intimacy problems, and resentment. One may feel powerless or experience emotions of guilt or shame when issues are not resolved or when a partner is dealing with mental illness or other medical problems. Effective communication between the two parties can reduce emotional distress related to any topic. When a relationship is stagnating or they aren't sure if it's worth preserving, couples or marriage counseling is often sought after. Families with kids who have experienced relationship problems like divorce can benefit from this kind of treatment since it addresses the root of the problem.
